Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Gardner founded Keval Holdings with a vision to build a family of purpose-driven companies committed to serving communities across Delaware and beyond. He provides strategic leadership and direction while guiding the organization's continued growth, development, and commitment to excellence.
Vice President / Director of Operations
Valeria Gardner oversees day-to-day operations across Keval Holdings and its subsidiaries. She provides operational leadership, supports organizational efficiency, and helps ensure each company operates safely, effectively, and in alignment with Keval's standards and core values.
Chief Financial & Compliance Officer
Yvette Winstead leads the financial, compliance, and administrative strategy of Keval Holdings and its subsidiaries. She oversees financial management, corporate compliance, internal controls, and organizational planning while helping strengthen the systems and processes that support sustainable growth.

Office Manager
Alexandria Hernandez supports the daily administrative operations of Keval Holdings while helping coordinate office processes across the organization. She assists with employee and operational support, documentation, communication, and workflow coordination to help keep day-to-day operations organized and efficient.
Business Management Assistant
Shannon supports business operations and special projects across Keval Holdings and its subsidiaries. He assists with research, process development, documentation, and operational initiatives while helping leadership identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen business practices.
Administrative Assistant
Miracle provides administrative support for Keval Transportation Service, assisting with daily office operations, documentation, communications, scheduling, and service coordination. She helps maintain organized records and supports the administrative needs of the transportation team to keep daily operations running efficiently.
Executive Assistant
Gregory provides executive-level administrative support to Keval Holdings leadership, assisting with scheduling, communications, meeting coordination, documentation, and priority projects. He helps organize executive workflows and ensures leadership priorities are communicated and followed through effectively.
