Safety Resources
Your safety is our highest priority. Find important safety information, weather guidance, emergency procedures, and tips for a safe transportation experience.
At Keval Holdings, safety is not just a policy — it is a core value that guides every decision we make. These resources are designed to keep passengers, families, and partners informed and prepared.
Passenger Safety Standards
All Keval Transportation Service vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to meet or exceed applicable safety standards. Our drivers are trained, licensed, and background-checked professionals who are committed to the safety and well-being of every passenger.
Seatbelts and appropriate restraint systems are required for all passengers at all times. Passengers with special needs, including those using wheelchairs or other mobility devices, are secured using approved restraint systems in compliance with applicable regulations.
Weather-Related Transportation Guidance
During severe weather events — including heavy snow, ice, flooding, or other hazardous conditions — Keval Transportation Service may modify, delay, or cancel scheduled routes to protect the safety of passengers and drivers. We will communicate any service changes as promptly as possible.
We encourage passengers and families to monitor local weather forecasts and school or facility closure announcements. If a school or facility is closed due to weather, transportation will typically be cancelled for that day. Please contact our team if you have questions about service status during weather events.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency during transport, our drivers are trained to respond calmly and effectively. All vehicles are equipped with first aid kits and emergency communication equipment. Drivers will contact emergency services immediately when required.
If you have a medical condition or emergency contact information that our team should be aware of, please provide this information when scheduling transportation. This helps our drivers respond appropriately in the event of a medical situation during transport.
Safety Tips for Passengers & Families
Always be ready at your scheduled pickup location on time. Waiting in a safe, visible location — away from traffic — helps ensure a smooth and safe pickup. Children should be accompanied by an adult to the pickup location whenever possible.
Keep our contact information readily available in case you need to reach us during transport. If you ever have a safety concern about a vehicle, driver, or transportation experience, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly.
